A meal plan for your feed.
Every social platform feeds you whatever keeps you scrolling. Behind the algorithm, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok are full of the best teachers and experts in every field. Ration finds them for you.
Pick a topic and a length. The videos open inside the platform's own app, and a timer in the Dynamic Island keeps your feed on track. Over time, the platforms learn what you chose, and your home feed follows.
Your attention is a resource. Ration it wisely.

Sessions
How a session works
- 1ChooseA topic, a length, and a platform.
- 2WatchThe first curated video opens in TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. A timer sits in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen.
- 3SteerIf the feed carries you off, one tap on New Video brings you back to the next curated pick.
- 4FinishThe timer tells you when time is up. Nothing is blocked; the choice stays yours.
The library
Hand-picked, not scraped
Nineteen topics, from ancient history to materials science, and the creators who explain each one well and cite their sources. Every creator passes a written standard before a video goes in. No clickbait, no course funnels, no pseudoscience. Software sorts; an editor decides.
Every video plays on the creator's own channel, inside the platform's own app. The creator gets the view and the watch time. Ration hosts nothing.
